For the first time HHL Service GmbH will show a horizontal form fill and seal machine from Polystar at the EMPack.
Polystar is one of the most renowned manufacturers of form fill and seal machines in Japan and has been at home in the Asian market for over 50 years. Together, HHL Service GmbH and Polystar want to conquer the European market.
We want to enter the market here with a complete range from small entry-level models to complex Top Seal systems.
HHL Service GmbH will be exhibiting a state-of-the-art machine at EMPack and all other machines can be viewed and tested at the HHL Service GmbH headquarters.
The form fill and seal machines are used in packaging technology in a wide range of applications. The main areas of application are fruit and vegetable production, dairy products, sausage and meat product production or the non-food sector. HHL Service has specialised in horizontal form fill and seal machines.
All machines are characterised by a high quality of workmanship, long service life and the use of standard components (Siemens, Festo, Wenglor, Sick etc.). All machines are manufactured in stainless steel and are available in high protection classes up to IP66.
For individual customer requirements, the packaging technology portfolio is supplemented by a wide range of feeders, indexers, shrinking and vacuuming systems or cartoners.
