• Edge-protection banding to avoid waste
• Aligned stacks with 3-sided centering
• Trouble-free automatic processing of the cartons for the customer
• 3 x savings: lower production costs, less manpower and waste
The cartons are removed from the shingled stream of the folder-gluer, hand stacked and pushed to the transit entry conveyor belt
of the US-2000 TRC 900. Inside the system the stack gets aligned on three sides by the lateral guidance as well as the front stopper,
compressed and banded. For the second banding the front stopper moves automatically into the next position, which was adjusted on
the display. A servo band motor allows individual tension for edge-protection banding of high grade imprinted cardboard stacks. Bands
up to 22 stacks/min.
