Flap’it!™ is a highly efficient solution for the automated packaging of small products. Flap’it! produces the smallest possible parcels without additional void fill.
The cardboard blanks are fed from a magazine and placed crosswise on top of each other. Once the products have been inserted, the correct packaging height is optimised. The flaps are folded and hot-melt glued. The parcel is now ready for dispatch. Small parcels can be delivered via letterboxes.
