The PS 125 OneStep automatically seals environmentally friendly, pre-made polythene bags on rolls.
The bags are automatically pre-fed, opened, sealed and separated. Up to 10 packaging settings can be stored and called up.
The PS 125 OneStep is easy to operate and has a user-friendly display that allows you to access the operating parameters, set up and save jobs and analyse the on-board system setup. Bags are automatically indexed, manually loaded and sealed either automatically with the push-to-seal function or by foot switch.
An integrated PH 412 thermal transfer printer can be used to customise the bags to be processed with high-resolution graphics and barcodes immediately before filling.
The PS 125 OneStep does not require compressed air and can be set up perfectly from the front at any time using an integrated and lockable turntable.
