The HANDJET EBS 260 is the ‘big sister’ model of the worldwide unique Handjet EBS 250D and features even more practical functions for quick and reliable product marking.
The printers of the HANDJET series are already established in a multitude of sectors for product marking and stand for improved cost-effectiveness, a faultless and trouble-free printing process and practical handling. Whether on porous or smooth surfaces, metal, glass, foil, concrete or paper – with the Handjet quick-drying, long-lasting legible prints can be effortlessly applied effortlessly.
The HANDJET EBS 260 features a huge selection of new functions: with one simple movement up to four lines of text or characters can be printed. With the 32 nozzles, the maximum print height has been increased to 56 mm. Printing on practically every surface is possible. It is also possible to print 2-D barcodes.
The larger ink cartridge has a capacity for more than 200,000 characters with a print size of 7 x 5 – and with the large 2 GB memory there is almost unlimited space for many exciting projects.
The customised housing contains a touch-screen where the required text is shown and also the parameters can be seen and adjusted. In addition, the completely new wheel design enables the simple exchange of the wheels, e.g. for a different size or material, such as metal or plastic. The newly integrated positioning laser caters for better orientation by showing the lowest line of print.
The already tried and tested user interface from the High Resolution Series EBS 2500 only requires the installation of a Firefox-Web browser to enable working online with a complete project editor downloaded by Wi-Fi in seconds. The project can then be saved in the printer and the PC shut down. Projects can also be downloaded to the Handjet via USB or Wi-Fi, whichever is more suitable for the user.
