The area of responsibility includes:
– Equipment installation, maintenance and repair in international field service
– Instruction and training of customers
– Customer care (CRM) and reporting
– Independent planning of operations in collaboration with the field service group leader
– Revision and optimization of devices at the headquarters or at the customer’s site
– Market observation, as well as identifying weak points and opportunities for improvement
– Supervision of test positions and experiments
We expect:
– Knowledge of the construction of electrical, mechanical and pneumatic components, as well as complex systems
– confident handling of technical drawings and electrical circuit diagrams
– Knowledge of quality and safety regulations
– good written and spoken English knowledge
– Good knowledge of spoken and written French is desirable
– Willingness to travel, nationally and internationally
